Meet Carolyn
The owner and principal interior consultant of Interior Lens, Carolyn Cubela, spent more than 10 years working in the human resources (HR) sector. Working with companies like Optus, IBM and Motorola, Carolyn knows how to motivate and inspire her project collaborators and get the best quality work from them on every project.
In 2009, when Carolyn renovated her own two-bedroom property into a four-bedroom family ‘dream’ home, she knew her passion for transforming spaces combined with her HR experience could help others achieve the lives they wanted. She draws her inspiration from travelling the world, visiting museums and galleries, following trends on social media and even walking her dog!
Carolyn thrives on honest communication and establishing trust with all her clients, so she can create beautiful spaces that are functional and a joy to live in. Having led and managed teams for many years, Carolyn’s project coordination, conflict resolution, and communication skills are second to none, which ensures project collaborators meet deadlines and budget for all of her clients.
