Contemporary makeover hits the mark with buyers

A retired couple were ready to sell their beloved family home that, over many years, had become highly personalised. In order for potential buyers to be able to visualise themselves living in the property, we decorated the home for contemporary family living. This included changing the colour scheme, repairs, decluttering, landscaping the front and back gardens, new flooring and fixtures, and hiring furniture to create a clean and contemporary result.

The property sold quickly and the owners were pleased with the resulting sale price.
