Refresh and redesign leads to exceptional result

For a large Melbourne-based project Interior Lens coordinated the work of more than a dozen project collaborators, including painters, electricians and plumbers, to update an investment property to make it more appealing to potential buyers. In just three months Interior Lens refreshed the colour scheme, re-stained, polished and re-carpeted all floors, installed new light fittings, redesigned the bathroom to create a more contemporary, light-filled space and discovered a quick and beautiful design solution for a bedroom badly damaged by heavy rain.

With the client based in a different state, Interior Lens coordinated the project on their behalf and kept them informed of the project’s progress, while resolving all problems as they arose to ensure the project was completed on time and on budget. Both the client and the real estate agent praised the high standard of the property’s appeal and it was successfully sold.
