Property transformation excites buyers

With a retired client ready to downsize, Interior Lens was engaged to prepare a 3-bedroom family home for sale. Coordinating a team of painters, electricians, gardeners and general trades, Interior Lens transformed the property to appeal to potential buyers. A lighter colour scheme and installation of new lights created a fresh look while removal of a glass panel opened up the front hallway. Extensive pruning and removal of weeds and undergrowth revealed the best features of the garden courtyard, proving to be a property highlight with potential buyers.

Removing all the hassle for the client, Interior Lens also recommended and coordinated the hire and styling of contemporary furniture and artwork to elevate and maximise the property’s large and light-filled rooms. Completed on time and under budget, interest in the property exceeded the expectations of both the real estate agent and the client, and it sold above the expected price at auction.

“I am very grateful to Carolyn for her professional help in presenting my property. She calmly took away the stress of preparing the house by organising appropriate furniture and arranging for tradespeople, including painters and gardeners, to do the necessary minor work around the house. The improvements she organised definitely made more on the sale of the house than I paid her.”
